
Refund and Returns Policy for Cartglasni Automotive Store

At Cartglasni, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality vehicles and an exceptional buying experience. We understand that purchasing a vehicle is a significant decision, and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your vehicle, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below for guidance on how to proceed.
1. General Return Policy
All vehicle purchases made through Cartglasni are final upon completion of the transaction. However, in certain circumstances, such as defects in the vehicle or discrepancies with the vehicle description, we offer limited options for returns or exchanges within a specified time frame.
Eligibility for Return:
- Defective Vehicles: If you find that your vehicle has a major defect that was not disclosed prior to the sale or if the vehicle does not meet the agreed-upon condition, you may be eligible for a return or exchange.
- Incorrect Vehicle: If you receive a vehicle that is different from what was ordered, you may be eligible for a return or exchange.
Please note that these policies apply only to vehicles purchased directly from Cartglasni and do not apply to vehicles purchased through third-party dealers or private sales.
2. Return Process
If you wish to return your vehicle, please follow these steps:
a. Notify Us Within 7 Days
You must contact Cartglasni within 7 days of taking delivery or picking up your vehicle. After this period, returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted.
To initiate a return, please call (605) 886-1050 or email info@cartglasni.com with the following information:
- Your name and contact information
- Vehicle details (make, model, VIN number, and date of purchase)
- A brief explanation of the reason for the return request
b. Vehicle Inspection
Once we receive your return request, we will arrange for a vehicle inspection to assess the issue. If the issue is confirmed as a defect or discrepancy, we will proceed with the return or exchange.
c. Return Approval
If your return is approved, we will work with you to arrange for the return of the vehicle. The vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, with no signs of damage or alterations. All original documentation, keys, and accessories must be included with the vehicle return.
3. Exchanges
If you are interested in exchanging your vehicle for another model, please let us know as soon as possible. An exchange may be offered if the vehicle meets the criteria for a return and if another vehicle is available that suits your needs. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and the final decision will be based on the specifics of your case.
Exchange Requirements:
- The vehicle being exchanged must be in the same condition as when it was purchased.
- Any applicable fees or price differences between vehicles will be settled at the time of exchange.
4. Refund Policy
Once a return is approved, Cartglasni will issue a refund based on the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the same credit card, bank account, or payment method used for the original transaction. If you paid via financing, the refund will be processed with the financing institution.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
- Non-Refundable Costs: The cost of delivery, registration fees, taxes, and any other non-refundable charges are not eligible for a refund.
5. Return Shipping and Fees
If you need to return your vehicle, Cartglasni will cover the return shipping cost in cases where the return is due to a defect, error, or incorrect vehicle delivery. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, including any associated handling fees.
Return Fees:
- A restocking fee may be applied to certain returns that are not related to a defect or error. The fee will be clearly communicated to you before initiating the return process.
6. Vehicles Not Eligible for Return
Please note that certain vehicles may not be eligible for return, including:
- Used Vehicles: Pre-owned vehicles are typically sold as-is, and returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless a major defect is identified.
- Custom Orders: Vehicles that have been specially ordered or customized for the customer may not be eligible for return unless the vehicle has a defect or fails to meet the agreed-upon specifications.
7. Exceptions to the Refund and Returns Policy
Cartglasni reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- The vehicle has been modified or altered in any way.
- The vehicle has been damaged through misuse, accidents, or neglect.
- The vehicle is returned after the 7-day period has passed.
- The return request is based on personal preferences or dissatisfaction with the vehicle’s performance, features, or appearance.
8. Legal Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under local or national consumer protection laws. In certain cases, such as issues with warranty or consumer protection rights, we may be required to provide additional assistance or remedy according to the law.
